Poem by Anneka Chambers : Play On

Play On

shattering splinters spites
the symphony.

dense footsteps melds
into the crackling of the heart

tight strings that
safely sealed scars
unravels.

hear the scratches of discord

crimson
slides veins
crimson
swallows tendons
crimson
sinks skin

detect the flow of silent melody

composed and entitled:
Love Drowned
